He is a master of both the concepts of successful real estate selling as well as the executional details of ad placements, personally conducting open house tours up to and including providing fresh flowers. Mr. Homsi also knows how to segment buyers, focus on decision influencers in the family as well as decision-makers, and most importantly, how to get deals done. He was able to go from listing to contract in just five days and at top dollar, Mr. Homsi is a man of his word and I heartily recommend him to anyone contemplating a real estate transaction.
